Job summary

Talanto is seeking an experienced Atlassian Engineer to ensure continuity and optimize Jira and Confluence for a global user base across multiple countries. The role focuses on maintaining platform health, implementing improvements, and guiding technical migrations to align with business needs.

You will work with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence (cloud), collaborating with cross-functional teams. English fluency is required; French is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

5+ years of Jira & Confluence administration (Cloud & On-prem).
Strong Jira Administration best practices and Scriptrunner.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Fluent English communication.
Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
Nice to have: plugin development experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure service continuity and keep platforms updated and optimized.
Understand and implement requested business improvements.
Improve current technical customizations.
Support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery & Confluence (cloud).
Challenge users' requests from functional and technical perspectives.
Propose and implement changes in line with internal standards and best practices.
Continuously enhance instance behaviors and propose a technical roadmap.
Develop a migration strategy for On-premises and oversee the migration.
Collaborate with other teams and team members.
