Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to synthesize complex information into concise narratives.
• Globally minded with the ability to work across cultures and markets.

Responsibilities

• Source high-potential founders across Poland and the Polish diaspora.
• Evaluate companies and support the selection process with research and materials.
• Coordinate end-to-end entrepreneur selection, including interviews, panel prep, and candidate communications.
