Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Source high-potential entrepreneurs and build a strong pipeline across Poland and the diaspora.
• Evaluate prospective candidates and support the selection process with materials and analysis.
• Coordinate end-to-end entrepreneur selection, including interviews, panel prep, scheduling, and communications.
