Endeavor Poland is seeking a high‑ambition, globally minded professional to work directly with founders, investors, and the Endeavor network across 50 markets. You will identify exceptional entrepreneurs early, build trust, and create leverage to ensure top founders join Endeavor's global network.

You will engage in founder selection, strategic relationship building, and ecosystem intelligence, partnering with a network of venture capitalists, accelerators, and ecosystem builders.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Source high‑potential entrepreneurs across Poland and the Polish diaspora.
• Evaluate companies and support selection through research on performance, market opportunity, leadership, and growth trajectory.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end entrepreneur selection process and serve as the primary contact for candidates.
