MindPal Sp. z o. o. in Poland is seeking a Senior Application Maintenance Specialist to maintain, administer, and develop business applications in high-availability environments.

You will participate in development projects, handle incidents, monitor integrations, test fixes, and create documentation, aligning with ITSM/ITIL practices.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps, JIRA/Confluence, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Formación

• Higher education completed.
• At least 3 years of experience in application maintenance.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Experience with Service Desk tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to work with Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Power BI).
• Basic knowledge of web app architecture and APIs.
• Knowledge of user access and permissions management.
• Experience collaborating with business and external providers regarding maintenance and development.
• Ability to prepare instructions and documentation.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge.

Quick Facts Role: Senior Application Maintenance Specialist

Description Responsible for maintaining, administering, and developing business applications running in high-availability environments. Involves participating in development projects, handling incidents and user requests, monitoring systems and integrations, and testing fixes, changes, and new features. Also includes creating and updating operational documentation and working with ITSM/ITIL processes.

• Ability to work with Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Power BI
• Basic knowledge of web application architecture and API/system integration principles
• Knowledge of user access, roles, and permissions management
• Experience collaborating with business and external providers regarding maintenance and development
• Ability to prepare instructions, procedures, and documentation
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge and information protection principles for business systems
• Analytical thinking and independent diagnosis of problem causes
• Knowledge basics of license management and system documentation
• Good self-organization and ability to work on multiple topics in parallel
