Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Appian Developer to design and build scalable Appian-based process automation solutions. You will work on architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance while aligning with Appian best practices and collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong IT experience, expertise in Appian objects and integration technologies, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing solutions on the Appian platform.
• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Understanding of Appian objects (Records, Reports, Interfaces, Process Models, CDTs, Constants, Rules).
• Expertise in customizing Appian to address platform limitations.
• Background in Appian Plug-ins, Sites, and SAIL UI design.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Develop Appian solutions by designing, building, testing and enhancing applications.
• Deliver end-to-end Appian applications including architecture, development, deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure stability and scalability of production environments and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Appian solutions.
• Support deployment, release management and environment configuration.
