EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer to deliver complex web applications, guide technical teams, and leverage AI capabilities.

You will design, develop, and deploy fullstack solutions with Node.js on the back end and React or Angular on the front end, and you will architect cloud deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Hybrid by design with remote options within Poland; collaborate with product and UX, mentor engineers, and drive CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes practices while

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development delivering fullstack applications.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js.
• Frontend experience using React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding architecture decisions in agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor and coach cross-functional developers, establishing best practices around code quality, testing, DevOps, and AI integration.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions delivering measurable value.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML services to optimize workflows and customer experiences through automation and intelligence.
• Drive CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automated testing, and observability practices.
