Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC seeks a Senior AP1000 Instructor to develop the next generation of nuclear operators in Poland. You will deliver high-quality training, including classroom, plant, and simulator sessions, and mentor junior instructors.

The role includes a comprehensive 18-month qualification and training program with extended Madrid assignments. Initial remote work within Poland is possible during training; eventual permanent location is in the Gdansk/Lubiatowo region with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering/physics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience providing technical training programs.
• 5+ years of experience in the nuclear industry or power generation or regulated industrial environments.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or qualifying junior instructors.
• Proficient in English language.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of the Systematic Approach to Training process of initial and continuing education programs.
• Manage analysis, design and implementation of ongoing training needs.
• Develop sessions for training courses of licensed and non-licensed personnel, including classroom, plant, and simulator sessions.
• Provide coaching and qualification support to junior instructors.
• Detect malfunctions in the simulator and assist in corrections, tests.
• Coordinate training and support training committees and planning programs.
• Define and collaborate on development of advanced educational means (simulators, multimedia, videos, models).
