Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, physics, or related fields.
• Previous training experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of the Systematic Approach to Training process for initial and continuing education programs.
• Manage analysis, design and implementation of ongoing training needs.
• Develop training sessions for licensed and non-licensed personnel in classroom, plant, and simulator settings.
• Detect malfunctions in the simulator and support corrections and testing.
• Coordinate training activities and support training committees and planning programs.
• Contribute to development of advanced educational tools (simulators, multimedia, videos, models).
