Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of applicable experience.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Subject matter expert in nuclear safety analysis, licensing, reactor systems, or related disciplines.
• Experience with nuclear regulatory frameworks and licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensing, safety analysis, and technical documentation for AP1000 projects.
• Act as technical discipline lead ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and integrate licensing basis documents and safety analyses.
• Support Construction and Operating License applications and regulatory submittals.
• Provide guidance for reactor safety, thermal-hydraulics, and probabilistic risk assessment.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering disciplines to meet project goals.
• Set priorities for engineers and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Engage with customers and regulators in meetings and workshops.
