Job summary
Westinghouse Electric Company in Poland invites a Junior Civil/Structural Engineer to support the design and construction of AP1000 nuclear plants, collaborating with experienced engineers and international teams. You will report to BEPD Manager in a hybrid model with two days per week at Krakow or Warsaw offices, and you will work on compliance with Eurocodes and Polish
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
- +6 months of experience (new graduates are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of Eurocodes and Polish construction regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support civil and structural engineering design activities for AP1000 nuclear projects.
- Help adapt AP1000 designs to Polish regulations, construction laws, and Eurocodes.
- Perform engineering calculations and structural analyses under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and engineering deliverables.
- Help resolve design and construction-related technical issues.
- Support engineering change packages and drawing updates.
