Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and operate LLM-powered agents in production. You will drive end-to-end delivery from scoping with stakeholders to deployment and ongoing improvement.

You will work across Python, TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS, using tools like Claude Agent SDK, MCP, RAG and LangGraph. This is a fully remote role with flexible collaboration and strong product focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows in production.
• Hands-on with MCP and RAG: retrieval pipelines and tool layers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP and structured outputs.
• Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers for data access and systems.
• Own quality, cost, telemetry and model routing for production services.
• Ship through CI/CD with tests, containerized deploys, monitoring and rollback.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to scope and validate use cases.
