Job summary

IQVIA Inc in Poland is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, evaluate, and deploy AI, ML, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions that address complex business and client challenges across international markets.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and technology teams to translate requirements into production-ready capabilities, from proof of concept through deployment and adoption, shaping AI capabilities across IQVIA.

Qualifications

Experience designing and deploying AI/ML/GenAI solutions in production.
Strong understanding of AI, ML, GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.
Experience with modern AI frameworks, tools, and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy AI, ML, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and plans.
Build intelligent workflows leveraging models, LLMs, data, APIs, and agentic frameworks.
Develop solutions involving RAG, semantic search, knowledge discovery, automation, and decision support.
Define evaluation approaches for quality, performance, impact, and risk.
Partner with business, analytics, and technology teams through the lifecycle.
Transform proofs of concept into reusable, production-ready capabilities.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and data sources.
Apply best practices in software engineering, MLOps, LLMOps, security, governance, and docs.
Contribute to reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Support adoption of AI capabilities across markets and units.
Evaluate emerging AI tech and identify business value opportunities.
