Job summary

SAP SE in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an experienced consultant to drive enterprise HR transformation using SuccessFactors and AI-powered features. You will own delivery from workshops through go-live, integrating AI-enabled HR processes and leading cross-functional, cross-border teams.

Required are 5+ years in HCM, certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central, and fluency in German and English to engage senior stakeholders. Travel on-site as needed within Europe.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and led implementations as a lead consultant.
• Experience with Time Management; familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules or Smart Recruiters.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities in SuccessFactors and how they shift HR to autonomous operations.
• Fluent German and English; able to manage senior stakeholders with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact through the full implementation lifecycle and plan workshops.
• Lead root cause analysis and own delivery to go-live.
• Advise clients on activating and adopting AI-powered features within SuccessFactors.
• Mentor near-shore and off-shore consultants as part of cross-border project teams.
