Job summary

Abacus.AI is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect or equivalent to deploy software into customer environments, shaping architecture, writing integrations, debugging in production, and collaborating closely with customer engineering teams in a hands-on role.

This is not a coordination position; you will operate in the codebase and on the architecture whiteboard, driving deployments and influencing the product roadmap with field insights.

Qualifications

• Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders; explain LLM performance to executives.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong grasp of ML lifecycle from data prep to model evaluation.
• Proven track record deploying AI at scale and managing technical rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture & Integration Design with customer teams to fit into existing stacks.
• Ship prototype AI apps and integrations directly in front of customers.
• Own deployment across customer teams end to end as Technical Lead.
• Translate customer goals into concrete technical scope for delivery teams.
• Feed field-level patterns to Product & Engineering to shape roadmap.
• Lead executive & technical QBRs with deployment progress and ROI metrics.
• Partner with Sales to identify new use cases and expand customer footprint.
