Job summary

Solvd, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead GenAI and agentic AI initiatives for enterprise clients. You will work with stakeholders to shape solutions, prototype rapidly, and guide delivery from discovery to production.

Qualifications

Hands-on technical leader with GenAI/agentic AI background.
Experience designing, prototyping and integrating systems with LLMs and enterprise data.
Proven ability to convert ambiguity into delivery-ready designs.
Experience guiding teams and clients through presales, discovery and early delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and solution shaping for GenAI initiatives with client stakeholders.
Prototype and define scope, roadmap and effort estimates with cross-functional teams.
Translate business problems into validated AI solution designs and production constraints.
Build rapid proofs-of-concept leveraging real systems and data.
Evaluate AI frameworks and tooling, including LLMs, vector DBs and orchestration.
Present complex AI concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
Stay engaged through MVP to ensure production alignment and operational readiness.
Define evaluation criteria for AI quality, cost and adoption.
