Job summary

Tenarai Europe is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Quality and Test Automation to join a fast-moving engineering team in Kraków. You will own automated testing frameworks for MCP native apps integrated with AI, delivering robust test coverage and benchmarks for AI functions.

You will work with Java, Python, React, TypeScript, and CSS, leveraging GCP and Gemini AI models to shorten delivery time and ensure high reliability across global travel professional tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering and/or test automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python, React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Experience with AI-driven testing and automated test generation.
• Experience building benchmarks for LLM-based systems.
• Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Automate & Validate: Build robust testing frameworks to ensure high quality of MCP native apps.
• Prepare benchmark for AI functions integrated into applications.
• Maintain tests inventory.
• Assess applications portfolio from security perspective.
• Use Gemini AI models to develop testing strategies and generate test cases for MCP endpoints and UI widgets.
• Investigate, diagnose, and solve quality and integration issues in development and production.
• Collaborate with core developers to understand product nuances and edge cases.
• Document & Demo testing workflows to Product Owner during weekly sessions.
