Job summary
Grid Dynamics in Kraków seeks a Senior Software AI Engineer to modernize a large Java/.NET and Python estate. You will drive agentic coding workflows, triage defects, and enhance test coverage while addressing security and cloud migration.
You will collaborate with London-based consultants to deliver specification-driven improvements across 149 production applications, ensuring high quality and secure releases.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in software engineering to drive agentic coding workflows.
- Capability to write tests and improve coverage with AI tooling.
- Strong autonomous work attitude and clear English communication.
- Experience navigating and contributing to production-quality legacy codebases.
- Willingness to collaborate across Poland and London teams in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Spec-Driven Insights & Agentic Diagnostics: analyze code health and triage defects at scale.
- Vulnerability Remediation: fix CVEs and upgrade dependencies to pass quality gates.
- Test Engineering & Quality Hardening: build automated tests using AI tooling for high confidence.
- Pipeline Extension & BAU Scaling: enroll more services into the pipeline and refine automation.
- Extended Architectural Analysis: assess flagship codebases >500k LoC for refactoring strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: align remediation goals with London-based teams.
