Job summary

Source Angel is building a new Nordic client team in Warsaw to modernize a large automotive SaaS platform. You will be the sole QA Engineer on the local team, collaborating with developers and external QA support to shape the evolving tech stack and ensure scalable, secure test coverage across multi-tenant contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA/test engineering for software development.
• Strong expertise in E2E and integration test automation.
• Experience with API testing - REST APIs, Postman, or similar tools.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration mindset - embedded with developers, not siloed.
• Coaching ability - helps developers improve testing practices.
• AI-First mindset: uses AI tools for test generation and eager to explore new approaches.
• Fluent English communication across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall test strategy and frameworks.
• Own end-to-end and integration test suites for critical journeys.
• Coach developers on testing practices and collaborate with QA externally.
• Perform exploratory testing to find edge cases and data isolation issues.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor quality gates.
• Leverage AI tools for test generation and maintain AI-based tests.
