Job summary

7N is seeking a senior project/program leader to manage the Service AI Program Roadmap, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with strategic priorities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and IT interfaces to scale pilots across regions.

The role requires deep experience in deploying AI/GenAI within enterprise service operations, strong stakeholder skills, and fluent English. This position offers extensive development opportunities within a global IT consulting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in global, matrixed orgs.
• Proven AI/GenAI deployment experience in enterprise CS or service operations.
• Healthcare/Diagnostics/Medical devices experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the Service AI Program Roadmap, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage multi-disciplinary streams, vendor relationships, and internal IT/RDT interfaces.
• Lead SteerCo updates, business case refinements, and stage-gate evaluations for scaling pilots.
• Drive metrics and adoption across regions (e.g., SUS >75).
• Monitor financial and operational impacts, including cost avoidance and resolution time improvements.
• Align AI use cases with core enterprise systems (REXIS, ASAsphere, CCaaS/Telephony).
• Partner with Change Management Lead to upskill Field Service Engineers and CSC agents.
