Job summary

Esko, a Veralto Company, is seeking an experienced Senior AI Platform Engineer - Security to own and shape security foundations for the AI Platform. You will work with cloud platform teams, security engineers, and product teams to implement robust controls across tenant-, user-, document-, and tool-level permissions.

The role focuses on building secure AI capabilities, threat modelling, and practical security defaults, in a hands-on engineering capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering.
• Experience securing cloud, distributed, or platform services.
• Threat modelling and application security testing experience.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, or agents and security risks.

Responsibilities

• Shape security architecture for AI Platform with end-to-end ownership.
• Design identity, authorization, and policy enforcement controls for AI systems.
• Secure retrieval, tool use, and execution against AI threats.
• Define controls with approval gates, isolation, and recovery mechanisms.
• Build audit and monitoring to detect high-risk behavior and route reviews.
• Perform threat modelling and adversarial testing to inform platform controls.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, compliance, and product teams to integrate controls.
