Job summary

Esko, a Veralto company, is seeking a hands-on security-focused software engineer to help build shared security foundations for the AI Platform. You will own substantial security components across tenant, user, document, and tool permissions, collaborating with cloud platform, security, and product teams.

This role requires shaping architecture, threat modelling, and implementing controls that balance security with usability, with production-ready audit and monitoring capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with a focus on security in cloud/distributed systems.
• Experience securing authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement in multi-tenant environments.
• Experience with AI/LLM security concepts and threat modelling.

Responsibilities

• Shape the AI Platform security architecture and own substantial security components.
• Design and enforce identity, authorization, delegated-access, and policy controls for AI systems.
• Secure retrieval, tool use, and execution against prompt injection and data leakage.
• Establish controls with risk-based isolation, approvals, and recovery mechanisms.
• Build audit and monitoring capabilities for traceability and review.
• Perform threat modelling and adversarial testing to drive platform controls.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, compliance, and product teams to integrate controls.
