Job summary

Esko, a Veralto Company, is building shared security foundations for its AI Platform in Prague with hybrid work options and international collaboration. You will take end-to-end ownership of substantial security components, shaping identity, authorization, and policy enforcement for AI systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering securing cloud or platform services.
• Experience with threat modelling and application security testing.
• Experience with systems using LLMs, retrieval-based AI, or agents and their security risks.

Responsibilities

• Shape the AI Platform security architecture and own major security components end-to-end.
• Design and enforce identity, authorization, delegated access, and policy controls for AI systems.
• Secure retrieval, tool use, and execution against prompt injection and data leakage risks.
• Define controls with risk-based gates, isolation, limits, and recovery mechanisms.
• Build audit and monitoring capabilities to trace security-relevant activity and detect high-risk behavior.
• Conduct threat modelling and adversarial testing to translate findings into platform controls.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, compliance, and product teams to implement secure, practical controls.
