Mars Segments and Functions seek an AI-native engineer to own the full stack—from APIs to intuitive UIs and scalable orchestration pipelines. You will diagnose root problems, design AI-powered workflows, and deliver solution-ready builds in agile sprints.

This role aims to codify patterns, internal tooling, and scalable GenAI implementations for enterprise value. As a systems-minded engineer, you will partner with business teams and stakeholders to shape product strategy, improve AI workflows,

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years building systems in customer-facing or embedded roles.
Experience integrating AI into work processes and automating workflows.

Responsibilities

Build LLM-enabled applications spanning backend logic, data orchestration, and front-end UI.
Adopt responsible AI practices with RBAC and access controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy and iterate in live environments.
Codify reusable assets including libraries, prompts, and scaffolds.
Engineer APIs, orchestration pipelines, vector DBs, LLM frameworks, UI components.
Integrate with legacy systems and scale deployments.
Contribute to platform roadmap and internal tooling.
Provide engineering leadership and align with PMs and business stakeholders.
