Job summary

Mars Segments and Functions seeks an AI-native engineer to own the full stack—APIs, intuitive UIs, and scalable orchestration pipelines. You will work with business teams to diagnose problems and architect AI-powered workflows that run at scale, delivering reference implementations for scalable GenAI in the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and solving use case problems.
• Proven ability to design and implement AI-native software in production environments.
• Depth in backend and frontend technologies and standard APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build solution-ready, LLM-enabled applications spanning backend logic, data orchestration, and front-end UI.
• Adopt responsible AI practices with RBAC and secure access management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deploy and iterate in live environments.
• Codify reusable assets including libraries, prompts, and scaffolds for future engagements.
• Engineer APIs, orchestration pipelines, vector databases, LLM frameworks, and UI components.
• Integrate with legacy systems, navigate ambiguity, and deploy at pace.
• Contribute to platform-wide patterns, SDKs, and governance documents.
• Inform product strategy with tested insights and extensible code.
• Engage stakeholders to align priorities with business impact.
