Job summary

CoreWeave in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Engineer for AI Object Storage to design, scale, and operate a high‑performance storage platform built for hyperscale AI workloads.

You will collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, and data teams to deliver reliable storage systems, implement efficient protocols (S3, NFS), and advance observability, performance, and multi‑tenant reliability in a fast‑growing cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–10 years of experience in storage systems engineering or infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with object storage or distributed file systems in production.
• Proficiency with storage protocols (e.g., S3, NFS) and distributed architectures like Ceph/DAOS.
• Proficiency in Go, C, or Rust and in Kubernetes.

• Design, scale, and operate CoreWeave's high-performance AI storage platform.
• Develop reliable storage systems for hyperscale cloud environments.
• Collaborate across teams to improve storage reliability, performance, and observability.
