Senior AI/LLM Engineers with strong Python experience will design, build, and productionize LLM-powered features at scale. You’ll own projects from prototyping to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, fully remote

Qualifications

• Strong Python proficiency with FastAPI or similar.
• Experience with LLM APIs and LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Hands-on Docker and containerized development environments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores.
• Strong experience writing tests and evaluation frameworks for AI/LLM outputs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered features with Python.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs (e.g., FastAPI).
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector search.
• Design, test, and iterate prompts, agents, and orchestration flows.
• Integrate with LLM providers and manage cost, latency, quality tradeoffs.
• Evaluate model outputs with tooling and metrics for QA and safety.
• Work with Docker and data infra (PostgreSQL, Redis, vector stores).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into AI solutions.
