Job summary

Backbase Kraków is seeking a Senior AI Applied Software Engineer (iOS) to advance our fintech mobile apps. You will contribute to AI-enabled features, own modules from UI to framework delivery, and uphold high standards for accessibility, security, and performance.

You will work in a cross-functional Scrum squad in a hybrid setup, shaping the next generation of iOS experiences with Kotlin? (oops) — focus remains on Swift/UIKit/SwiftUI and Backbase Design System.

Qualifications

• Proven iOS app development experience with apps on the App Store.
• Strong Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit expertise and UI design sensibilities.
• Experience with TDD, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled iOS features and components.
• Deliver production-ready iOS modules from UI to framework APIs.
• Write clean, testable Swift code with SwiftUI/UIKit components.
• Ensure accessibility, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional Scrum team to ship increments.
