InPost Pay is seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to own the native iOS platform within our FinTech Platform team. You’ll drive architecture, performance, and delivery for consumer and merchant-facing solutions, ensuring zero-regression production health.

You will collaborate with backend engineers, work across full development lifecycle, and contribute to PRD, testing, and structured event emission. Hybrid work with 1 day/week in Warsaw or Kraków offices, English B2 level, university IT degree

Formación

• 5+ years of native iOS engineering experience with production apps.
• Strong knowledge of Swift 5.x, including Swift Concurrency, async/await, and Combine.
• Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit rendering lifecycles.
• Experience with modular iOS architecture, and understanding of MVVM/MVI and clean architecture.
• Experience with testing iOS apps using XCTest and XCUITest.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Fastlane and Xcode Cloud.
• Knowledge of Core Data, SwiftData, Keychain Services, URLSession, and security considerations.
• Ability to read Objective-C in legacy systems and integrate third-party SDKs.
• English level at least B2 and a university IT-related degree.

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture of a production FinTech iOS app, including modules and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain native iOS solutions using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Implement concurrency with async/await, Actors, and Combine.
• Work with Core Data, SwiftData, and Keychain for persistence and security.
• Contribute to PRD, specifications, testing, and feature-flagged releases.
• Build and maintain automated tests with XCTest and XCUITest.
• Profile performance using Instruments and ensure zero-regression production health.
• Maintain CI/CD automation with Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, or equivalent.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts and authentication flows.
• Co-own backlog with Engineering and Product Managers; participate in incident support.
