Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior AI Governance Consultant to join the AI Governance and Risk team in Katowice. You will help clients design, deploy, and manage trustworthy AI systems through risk assessments, control design, and governance frameworks.

The role blends technology, risk, and regulation, requiring hands-on delivery of client-ready outputs and proactive stakeholder engagement in a dynamic AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Technology Risk, IT Risk, AI Risk, Internal Audit, or similar consulting.
• Hands-on experience in risk assessments, control design/testing, or governance frameworks (AI or technology-related).
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and system lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring).
• Proven ability to independently deliver client-facing work and produce structured, high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver AI governance and risk engagements, including AI risk assessments, control design, and framework implementation.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into practical, business-ready solutions and recommendations.
