EY in Katowice is seeking an AI Governance and Risk Consultant to join a growing team. You will help clients design, deploy, and manage AI solutions with a focus on trustworthy and compliant systems, working 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
The role blends technology risk with regulatory insights, requiring strong communication, independence, and ability to translate AI concepts into practical risk controls for diverse stakeholders across projects.

You will join a growing AI Governance and AI Risk team, helping clients safely design, deploy, and manage AI solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, risk, and regulation, supporting organizations in building trustworthy and compliant AI systems.
By contributing to responsible AI adoption, you will play a key role in helping clients create long‑term value and build trust in line with EY’s purpose of Building a better working world.
You will support and deliver AI governance and risk engagements, including AI risk assessments, control design, and framework implementation. You will work closely with client stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into practical, business‑ready solutions and recommendations, often in dynamic environments.
We are looking for hands‑on consultants who combine risk mindset, technology understanding, and business pragmatism. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and comfortable working directly with clients to drive real outcomes in a fast‑evolving AI landscape.
