Job summary

EY in Katowice is seeking an AI Governance and Risk Consultant to join a growing team. You will help clients design, deploy, and manage AI solutions with a focus on trustworthy and compliant systems, working 2 days in office and 3 days remote.

The role blends technology risk with regulatory insights, requiring strong communication, independence, and ability to translate AI concepts into practical risk controls for diverse stakeholders across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, AI Risk, Internal Audit, or similar consulting environments.
• Hands-on experience in risk assessments, control design/testing, or governance frameworks (AI or technology-related).
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and system lifecycle.
• Proven ability to independently deliver client-facing work and produce structured outputs.

• Support and deliver AI governance and risk engagements, including AI risk assessments and framework implementation.
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical, business-ready risk and control solutions for client stakeholders.
