Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an AI Security Manager to lead growth and delivery of a groundbreaking AI Security capability for global clients. You will guide a high-performing team at the intersection of Cybersecurity, AI, risk, and digital transformation, collaborating with senior client stakeholders and global delivery teams.

You will recruit, develop talent, pursue new opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategies while ensuring quality, profitability and risk management across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, AI Security, Information Security or Technology Consulting.
• Strong cybersecurity expertise across architecture, cloud, identity, governance, or data protection.
• Mandatory AI proficiency, including AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-enabled processes.
• Proven experience leading consulting teams and complex client engagements.
• Experience in business development, pipeline growth and sales pursuits.
• Strong client relationship building and trusted adviser status.
• Excellent command of English (B2 preferred).
• Experience in both Cybersecurity and AI is strongly preferred.

As an AI Security Manager, you will be responsible for building high‑performing teams, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the successful delivery of AI Security engagements. You will play a key role in shaping our market presence and helping clients address emerging AI security challenges while unlocking business value from AI adoption.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a visionary AI Security team.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, AI Security, Information Security and Technology Consulting.

• Mandatory AI proficiency, including AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs and AI‑enabled business processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading consulting teams and complex client engagements.
• Experience in business development, pipeline growth and sales pursuits.
• Proven ability to develop strategic customer relationships and trusted adviser status.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Excellent command of English (B2 preferred).
• Experience in both Cybersecurity and AI strongly preferred.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Agentic AI Security.
• Strategic Account management experience.
• Experience presenting to C‑level and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with large IT & Cyber transformation projects.
• Threat landscape experience.
