Responsibilities

• Discover and clarify meaningful user problems in the Connectors Experience with customers and engineers.
• Define success criteria and scope for features before build starts.
• Shape product direction through practical judgment and fast iteration.
• Prototype, build, ship, and iterate on product improvements end-to-end.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafts and iterations while maintaining quality.
• Review AI-generated and peer output for maintainability and UX quality.
