Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Applied AI Product Manager (Forward Deployed) to own the journey from initial client conversations to live AI systems that deliver measurable value. You’ll be the client’s main contact, decide what to build, and drive delivery with engineering, data, and architecture teams to scale production.

You’ll prototype solutions, shape it into a concrete plan, and run workshops with stakeholders while ensuring ROI and adoption across the client organization.

Qualifications

• You’ve delivered AI into production with client use cases and value realization.
• You lead with business goals and can translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
• You’ve worked in high-stakes, client-facing environments.
• You have deep domain knowledge in at least one vertical.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions and demos yourself for pre-sales value.
• Own the client relationship as day-to-day partner and decision-maker.
• Shape goals into sharp problem statements and success definitions.
• Lead pre-sales shaping and maintain continuity into delivery.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Build business cases and ROI stories to justify investments.
• Drive adoption and feed lessons back into ways of working.
