Avenga, a global engineering firm, seeks an AI Engineer to lead AI-driven software delivery practices and define engineering strategy across the SDLC. You will set architecture standards, implement AI governance, and guide teams in requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.

You will mentor engineers, ensure security and compliance, and explore emerging AI technologies to boost delivery efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

Experience designing AI-powered software delivery practices.

Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and compliance considerations.
Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the AI engineering strategy across the software development lifecycle.
Establish architecture standards, best practices, and AI governance frameworks.
Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools and processes across development, testing, deployment, and operations.
Ensure security, quality, compliance, and traceability in AI-assisted software delivery.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI-native engineering practices.
Support teams in leveraging AI for requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to improve software delivery efficiency and innovation.
Mentor and train engineering teams on effective and responsible AI usage.
