Qualifications

• Strong Python and API skills with databases, Git and automated testing.
• Experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks and MCP protocols.
• Experience with evaluation and observability tooling, prompt versioning, guardrails and cost tracking.
• Cloud platforms (Azure) with CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience with AI coding agents and AI-assisted code review.

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join the team behind our new digital products in Wędkowy. You will help maintain and develop the features that are needed, not nice to have, so we get the maximum value from the solution we already have. You will be hands-on every day, in code, prompts, pipelines and evaluations.
