Job summary

Jit Team in Warsaw is seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy GenAI and LLM solutions. You will build end-to-end AI workflows, leverage Azure ML, Docker, and Kubernetes, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities.

Project

A strategic transformation program building a modern ecosystem for claims and benefits management powered by data, automation, AI, and workflow processes. The initiative integrates claims handling systems with AI-driven applications to establish new standards in customer service across the Polish insurance market. You'll join a multi-disciplinary team of architects, developers, and business experts delivering one of the client's most critical strategic initiatives.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 3 years as AI Engineer / AI Developer with at least 1 year in production deployments
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI, LLM, and AI agent solutions
• Python proficiency (primary language)
• Proven MLOps/LLMOps workflow – Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• LLM and RAG implementations, prompt engineering, model evaluation
• Microsoft Azure platform expertise (AI services, Machine Learning, OpenAI integration)
• Integration of AI solutions with business systems via REST APIs, async messaging, integration platforms
• Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub version control
• Technical degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent)
