Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a seasoned Intelligent Automation professional to design and implement scalable automation using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, and API integrations. You will lead API-driven automation, mentor developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Hybrid work from Gdańsk with 2-3 days in the office, focusing on enterprise automation across ERP/CRM and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. Strong Python, REST API, and security practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in Intelligent Automation, RPA or software development.
• Experience with enterprise automation platforms such as Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, UiPath or similar.
• Strong Python skills and ability to build reusable automation components.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise apps.
• Solid understanding of Azure, including Azure AI services and Functions.
• Experience with AI-powered automation capabilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and integrations is beneficial.
• Experience with ERP/CRM integrations and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with security, authentication and data protection in automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain intelligent automation solutions using approved platforms (RPA, Power Platform, Azure AI).
• Develop Python-based automation components and integration services.
• Lead transition from UI-based RPA to API- and workflow-driven automation.
• Create reusable components, connectors, APIs, and orchestration patterns.
• Translate business requirements into MVPs and production-ready automation services.
• Build integrations with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow.
• Support AI-enabled agentic automation with human oversight.
• Contribute to orchestration, monitoring, logging, and SLA tracking.

Project

Project focuses on building intelligent automation solutions using RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI and API integrations to optimize enterprise business processes. The role involves developing scalable automation services, integrating business platforms, and supporting the transition toward AI-enabled, workflow-driven solutions.

Expected Competences And Knowledge

• Min. 5-7 years of commercial experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA or Software Development
• Hands-on experience with enterprise automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Automation Anywhere, UiPath or similar
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience building reusable automation components and integration services
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, web services and integrating enterprise applications
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI services, Azure Functions or Logic Apps
• Experience working with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI or other AI-powered automation capabilities will be a strong advantage
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, integrations or automation capabilities
• Experience integrating business applications such as ERP, CRM and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of workflow orchestration, exception handling, monitoring, logging and automation governance
• Knowledge of software architecture principles, scalable solution design and reusable component development
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, security best practices and data protection requirements
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business processes into technical automation solutions
• Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other developers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain intelligent automation solutions using company-approved enterprise platforms, including RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI/Copilot capabilities, ServiceNow workflows, APIs
• Python and related integration technologies
• Lead the technical transition from UI-based RPA toward API-driven, workflow-based and AI-enabled automation where platforms and business processes allow it
• Develop reusable automation components, services, connectors, APIs and orchestration patterns that can be scaled across entities, countries and business functions
• Translate business requirements, process maps and automation opportunities into technical solution designs, MVPs and production-ready automation services
• Build solutions that integrate with company's ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow and other approved business platforms
• Support the development of agentic automation use cases where AI-enabled components can interpret goals, interact with systems and support decision-making with appropriate human oversight
• Contribute to the design of automation orchestration, monitoring, exception handling, SLA tracking and benefit measurement capabilities
• Apply company's IT architecture, security, compliance, data protection and responsible AI standards throughout the solution lifecycle
