Ciklum is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our Poland-based team. You will work on cloud-native platforms, implementing security controls and AI guardrails that enable rapid, secure software delivery across markets.

You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team, automate security processes, and participate in risk assessments and incident response. The role offers flexible remote work and strong growth opportunities within a globally connected engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying security solutions in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Experience deploying AI security guardrails and defenses for customer systems.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (C#, Python, Java, PowerShell or Bash) with automation focus.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and Compliance as Code practices.
• Comfort in Agile, DevOps-driven teams with frequent continuous delivery.
• Ability to translate security risk into actionable language for product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy security controls and guardrails across cloud-native platforms.
• Run vulnerability scans, network checks and intrusion detection to close gaps.
• Automate security processes as code and embed CI/CD checks.
• Conduct risk audits and translate findings into engineering guidance.
• Monitor logs, flag anomalies and support incident response.
• Plan and test security backup and disaster recovery processes.
