Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven experience across software engineering, architecture, or solution architecture.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture, DevSecOps, Agile/Scrum, and product lifecycle.
• Hands-on fluency with AI development tools, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled delivery.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, MCP, RAG, and vector databases.
• Hands-on in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, evaluation, prompt engineering, tool & function calling.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement and strategic architecture to diagnose AI bottlenecks and map AI-driven value.
• Design, build, and deliver proofs of concept using modern AI engineering tools and automation frameworks.
• Guide clients through an intent-driven transition toward autonomous delivery loops with governance.
