Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poland is seeking an experienced AI solution architect to act as technical authority for AI architecture across priority use cases, bridging platform services and production delivery in a hybrid work model.

You will define scalable Generative AI patterns, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and observability, while advising VP/Director stakeholders and coaching junior architects. 10+ years in solution architecture with 3-5 years in AI/ML required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution architecture experience, with 3–5 years in AI/ML.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI architecture, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
• Experience designing scalable, reusable AI architecture patterns across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of chunking, hybrid retrieval, and re-ranking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Embedding with client AI teams to understand priority use cases and architecture.
• Defining and enforcing standard AI architecture patterns across use cases.
• Identifying and consolidating reusable services to reduce technical debt.
• Designing observability, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks for AI systems in production.
• Participating in PI Planning and executive reviews, guiding delivery partner teams.
