Job summary

Lenovo seeks a Senior AI Developer in Poland to design and scale an Agentic AI platform for enterprise customer solutions. You will collaborate with AI engineers to deploy AI services across on-premise and edge infrastructure.

The role requires deep AI knowledge, hands-on implementation, and the ability to integrate tools into a cohesive platform. Strong coding skills and experience with LLMs, multimodal models, and MLOps are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years in AI development across ML, NLP, CV, or Generative AI.
• 2+ years delivering end-to-end GenAI solutions with LLMs or multimodal models.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA, and TensorRT is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of on-premise and cloud, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Proven MLOps, LLMOps, or AIOps and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Strong Python and React programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Generative AI/Agentic AI software platforms aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design architectures, inference engines, agents, and UIs.
• Build end-to-end AI systems using LLMs, SLMs, and VLMs.
• Integrate AI solutions across on-premise and edge environments.
• Identify and adopt AI tools and frameworks to improve effectiveness.
• Apply robust security measures, including encryption and access controls.
• Ensure CI/CD and MLOps best practices for both experiments and production.
• Produce technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Stay current with AI advances and propose innovative implementations.
• Support pre-sales discussions and RFP/RFI responses for AI opportunities.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
