Job summary

Optiveum is seeking a Senior AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive AI tool adoption across engineering teams and integrate AI workflows into the SDLC. You will design rollout plans, deliver practical training, and collaborate with IT leadership to scale AI capabilities.

The role is hybrid in Warsaw, with 75% remote work and one day per week in the office; it is a B2B arrangement signed directly with Optiveum. Fluent English and Polish are required; strong communication is essential.

Senior AI Adoption & Enablement Lead

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior AI Adoption & Enablement Lead for our Client. In this role, you will be a key driver in transforming how engineering teams operate, supporting them in the implementation and effective adoption of modern, AI-powered solutions.

Optiveum acts as the recruitment partner and the contracting party for this role – you will sign the B2B contract directly with us.

Offer Details:

• Salary: Up to 140 PLN/h net + VAT

• Work Model: Hybrid (75% remote, 1 day a week required in the Warsaw office)

• Contract Type: B2B agreement (signed directly with Optiveum)

Your Profile (Must-Haves):

• Hands-on experience in a software development environment (e.g., as a Developer, Analyst, Tester, DevOps, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or a related role).

• Proven track record of implementing AI tools or solutions within IT teams (rollout, configuration, and integration with the software development process).

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the daily realities of agile, cross-functional teams.

• Practical knowledge of AI tools supporting IT delivery, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or M365 Copilot.

• Experience with Agentic SDLC: prompt engineering, Spec-Driven Development, and designing/building AI workflows and agents.

• Clear understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents within the context of SDLC.

• Ability to identify the needs of engineering teams and translate them into concrete AI implementations.

• Strong knowledge transfer skills through hands-on collaboration: co-configuring environments, building workflows together, and conducting technical sessions during rollouts.

• Analytical skills to diagnose differences in team workflows (based on tool usage data) and unify practices/standards across the entire engineering organization.

• Capability to build team autonomy in maintaining and developing implemented solutions, including tailoring AI practices to specific roles.

• Experience creating technical documentation, standards, playbooks, and knowledge base content for AI solutions.

• Ability to gather and interpret feedback and usage data to iteratively improve implementations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an audience-appropriate manner.

• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders: IT teams, leadership, AI Product Owners, AI Coaches, and AI Ambassadors.

• Ability to lead technical workshop sessions for engineering teams as a core part of the rollout process.

• Languages: Fluent Polish and Advanced English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience rolling out new developer tools within a large-scale organization.

• Knowledge of the principles of safe and responsible AI usage within highly regulated organizations.

• Practical experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) or the MCP protocol.
