Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to lead the delivery of solutions/products with a focus on maximizing business value. You will work with Product Teams and IT to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, manage risks, and drive an agile transformation across multiple regions.

The role requires strong leadership in transformational projects, English fluency, and experience in vendor management, change management, and agile governance.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required.
  • Agile programme management certifications are preferred (e.g. CSM, PMI-AC, APMG).
  • Advanced Practitioner in Agile project management or Managing Successful Programmes preferred.
  • Proven experience leading transformational projects across multiple geographies/time zones.
  • Experience in business transformation and change management, process re-design and target operating model optimization.
  • Experience in managing external vendors, resources and contracts.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language and vice versa.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of delivering the complete solution/product, ensuring business value optimization.
  • Confirm business requirements, solution architecture and project boundaries in alignment with Product Teams.
  • Define and manage projects to optimize business value and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Translate requirements into solutions in line with enterprise architecture and current products.
  • Monitor planning, progress, business value, dependencies, impediments, financials and risks per Agile practices.
  • Develop execution, deployment and transition plans across Product Teams and functions.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risks and impediments during the project lifecycle.
  • Define, plan, request and secure resources/skills to meet project needs.
  • Ensure a consistent Agile way of working within the team.
  • Coordinate transitions in the business aligned with D&T, Domains, and regional IT leads.
  • Drive and manage projects in an Agile manner.
  • Promote collaboration, prioritization, accountability and visibility as an Agile ambassador.

The Senior Agile Project Manager

manages and delivers a project in accordance with D&T and Agile processes and governance. He or she drives business value optimization and prioritization in alignment with the Product Teams and Functional Domains. Agile Project managers can drive projects in a traditional, but mostly in an Agile manner and embed the Agile way of working.

Your Responsibilities Would Include
  • managing all aspects of delivering the complete solution/product, in such a way that business value optimization is secured
  • confirming business requirements (Functional and non-Functional), solution architecture and defining the projects boundary and what is in and out of scope, including alignment with the Product Teams
  • defining and managing a project in order to optimize business value
  • ensuring business requirements are translated into solutions and products that are in line with the IT strategy, enterprise architecture and current products within the Product Teams
  • monitoring and report on planning, progress, business value, dependencies, impediments, financials and risks in accordance with the Agile way of working
  • developing and managing the execution, deployment and transition plans across the Product Teams, functions and OpCos
  • proactively identifying, managing and mitigating risks and impediments during the lifecycle of the project
  • defining, plan, request and secure resources/skills to meet project and programme requirements
  • ensuring a One way of Working within the Agile Project Management team
  • ensuring (and monitor) that transitions in the business are guided professionally and in alignment with amongst others D&T, Functional Domains, Competence Centers and the Regional IT Leads and monitoring transition progress
  • driving and managing projects in an Agile manner
  • promoting and demonstrating core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility (being an Agile ambassador).
You Are a Good Candidate If You Have
  • Master's degree
  • Agile Programme Management certifications are preferred (e.g. CSM, PMI-APC, APMG)
  • professional qualification in a structured, industry-accepted standard (Agile) project management methodology (advanced) Practitioner and/or Managing Successful Programmes (advanced) Practitioner)
  • proven experience in leading transformational projects in developing centralised capabilities and migrate and deployment to Operating Companies in multiple geographic locations, time zones and cultures
  • experience in business transformation and change management considering process re-design and target operating model optimization
  • experience in managing external vendors, resources and contracts
  • proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language and vice versa
  • fluency in English.
