Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking an experienced Finance Reporting professional to lead monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely outputs.

You will coordinate datasets, validate data, support IFRS initiatives, drive process improvements and reporting automation with Power BI, and mentor the team across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Management Reporting or related areas.
• International/shared services experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating reporting cycles or cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of management accounting in a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of finance process controls, risk management and governance reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages a plus.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Analysis for Office, SAP BW or similar systems.
• ACCA/CIMA qualification (or in progress) is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring management reporting activities across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.

• Act as operational contact for reporting teams and stakeholders.
• Support reporting related to M&A, IFRS, and other finance initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects and Power BI implementations.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across Finance and Analytics.

Your daily tasks may include:

• leading the execution of recurring management reporting activities across monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs
• planning and coordinating team activities related to the preparation, validation and submission of managerial datasets and reports
• ensuring completeness, consistency and accuracy of management reporting data through validation controls and monitoring of reporting submissions
• acting as the operational point of contact for Global Management Reporting teams, Business Control and reporting entities regarding reporting activities, issue resolution and process clarifications
• supporting management accounting and reporting processes related to M&A activities, IFRS implementation and other finance initiatives
• identifying, coordinating and resolving complex reporting issues, escalating risks when required to ensure continuity of reporting processes
• driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency, automation and process standardization
• contributing to finance transformation projects and implementation of reporting automation solutions using tools such as Power BI
• ensuring adherence to management accounting policies, internal controls, governance requirements and reporting guidelines
• collaborating with global and regional stakeholders across Finance, Business Control, Global Functions and Data & Analytics teams
• leading, coaching and developing team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and supporting professional growth
• handling any other tasks assigned by the Manager within the scope of functional responsibilities

You are a good match if you have:

• master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, General Management or a related field
• minimum 5-6 years (Junior) or 6-8 years (Regular) of experience in Finance, Management Reporting, Business Control or related areas
• experience working in an international and/or shared services environment
• experience coordinating reporting cycles, business processes or cross-functional projects
• strong understanding of management accounting and management reporting processes in a multinational environment
• good understanding of finance process controls, risk management and governance reporting requirements
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• ability to work effectively under tight reporting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization and automation
• team leadership, coaching and people development capabilities
• experience with reporting and finance tools such as Power BI, Analysis for Office, SAP BW or similar systems
• ACCA/CIMA qualification (or qualification in progress) will be an asset
• excellent written and verbal English skills; additional European language will be an advantage
