Sanoma Learning is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach to drive organizational effectiveness, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement. You will coach teams, leaders, Project Managers, and stakeholders to embed agile practices and strategic initiatives across the company.

This role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and capability building, with occasional office visits in Warsaw, Poland, and a remote-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Coach, or similar role in Agile environments.
• Proven experience coaching multiple teams and stakeholders in complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and their pragmatic application to business needs.
• Experience facilitating workshops, training, and organizational change initiatives.
• Proven track record of implementing, adopting, and sustaining organizational improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to advise leaders and teams on ways of working and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify dependencies, risks, and root causes.

In this role, you'll work with teams, leaders, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to enable successful strategy execution through coaching, organizational change, agile adoption, and capability building. You'll play a key role in ensuring that strategic initiatives don't just get delivered—they become embedded into the way we work.
