Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc. in Kraków seeks an experienced Scrum Master for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role requires leading Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams to deliver reliable increments while partnering with the Product Owner to shape product direction.

Ideal candidates hold a BS/MS in CS or IT, Agile certifications (CSM/PSM) and hands-on knowledge of Kanban or Lean Startup, SAFe/LeSS, and Prince2/PMP frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Technology Product or Service Delivery.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Agile Certification (CSM, PSM) desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of Kanban or Lean Startup.
• Working knowledge of SAFe, LeSS and PRINCE2/PMP.

Responsibilities

• Execute Scrum ceremonies impeccably while adapting them to meet organisational and team needs.
• Coach Scrum Teams to collaborate and commit to realistic product increments.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to provide a clear product vision and direction.
• Support the Product Owner in product decisions and governance.
• Report to the Agile Transformation Group Lead.
