Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for QA and SDLC in Warsaw to lead AI-driven quality transformation across IT products. You will define and build next-generation quality capabilities by combining AI engineering, automation, and product management.

You will collaborate with DevOps, QA, and architecture teams to apply best practices, drive automated testing, and integrate AI-enabled controls into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience defining and implementing quality-engineering strategies for complex enterprise applications and platforms.
• Software-engineering background with hands-on programming in Python/Java/C#/JS/TS.
• Strong understanding of AI engineering concepts including generative AI and AI lifecycle management.
• Experience applying AI or intelligent automation to software engineering, testing, or DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven quality transformation and define the roadmap for AI-enabled Quality Engineering across IT products and platforms.
• Transform QA into a proactive, automated discipline embedded throughout the SDLC.
• Identify opportunities for AI agents, generative AI, and intelligent automation to improve test design, execution, and analysis.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA communities to apply best practices and tools.
• Build agentic QA capabilities across test scope definition, data generation, and release readiness evaluation.
• Lead scalable test-automation strategies covering functional, API, performance, security, and accessibility testing.
• Modernize test frameworks and integrate automated quality controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive shift-left practices and automated design validation to raise quality earlier in lifecycle.
• Lead people and capability development to execute the QA transformation.
