Procter & Gamble is seeking an experienced analytics leader in Warsaw to design and deliver enterprise Power BI products. You will translate business goals into actionable requirements, KPIs, and scalable data solutions while ensuring governance and security across reports and platforms.

You will collaborate with data engineers, drive AI-enabled workflows, and contribute to Scrum processes, ensuring timely releases and measurable business outcomes in a hybrid work setting.

• Partner with data engineers on ETL/ELT pipelines and data products.
• Build practical generative AI capabilities and intelligent workflows within approved platforms.
